I get up to speed fast. I review your positioning, competitive landscape, existing plans, and relevant data — then surface what leadership may not be seeing clearly from the inside.

I will build, with your team, a structured framework for the decision at hand — options, tradeoffs, assumptions, and the criteria most likely to determine whether you're right. No recommendations without reasoning.
